2. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a full 24-hour "no questions asked" refund window for new members. If you feel the platform is not the right fit for your needs within the first 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based models, you may cancel at any time via your billing dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not granted in cases where:
