The VA claims process is built on the principle of "honesty in reporting." VAClaims.io is designed to help veterans surface and organize legitimate evidence. We have zero tolerance for the use of our platform to generate fraudulent claims, forge medical documentation, or misrepresent service conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary methodologies and configurations.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data from the platform.
• Share account credentials with third parties or other veterans.
• Harass our support staff or strategic advisors.

3. Content Standards

Any content provided by users (in forums or during consultations) must be respectful and free from discriminatory, hateful, or threatening language. As a community of veterans, we uphold a standard of mutual respect and mission focus.

4. Consequences of Violation

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we reserve the right to report such actions to the appropriate authorities.
